Palembang
Palembang () is the capital city of the Indonesian province of South Sumatra. The city proper covers on both banks of the Musi River on the eastern lowland of southern Sumatra. Ahmed Ashraf (karateka)
Ahmed Ashraf Al-Fiqi ( ar, أحمد أشرف الفقي; born 31 December 1992) is a Saudi Arabian professional footballer who plays as a winger for Al-Taawoun. Club career Ahmed Ashraf started playing as an amateur in the Al-Shalhoub Academy in Riyadh. He represented the Saudi Arabia national football team in the 23rd Arabian Gulf Cup after foreign players who were born in Saudi Arabia were allowed to represent the national team. On 10 January 2018, Ashraf signed his first professional contract, an 18 months contract, with Pro League champions Al-Hilal. On 27 December 2018, he renewed his contract with Al-Hilal for 2-years. Niyazi Zulfugar oghlu Taghizade Hajibeyov ( az, Niyazi Zülfüqar bəy oğlu Hacıbəyov) (1912–1984) was a prominent Soviet Azerbaijani conductor, and composer of the renowned symphonic mugham "Rast". Early life Niyazi was born on August 20, 1912 in Tbilisi in a family of prominent Shusha musicians. His father was the composer Zulfugar Hajibeyov. He is the nephew of Uzeyir Hajibeyov, the founder of the Azeri classical music. He was playing the violin in "Qırmızı Kadet" Turkish military orchestra in 1921. He studied at the Gnessin Music School in Moscow in 1925-1926. In 1929-30 he studied at the Central Musical Technical School in Leningrad (now Saint Petersburg), but dropped out due to health problems. He returned to Baku in 1931. Abdullah Shaaban (born 12 June 1994) is a Kuwaiti karateka. He won the silver medal in the men's 60kg event at the 2021 Islamic Solidarity Games held in Konya, Turkey. He is also a two-time gold medalist in the men's 60kg event at the Asian Karate Championships (2018 and 2022).
