Tornike Kapanadze
Tornike Kapanadze ( ka, თორნიკე კაპანაძე; born 4 June 1992), nicknamed Elva, is a Georgian professional footballer who plays as a forward for Erovnuli Liga 2 club Sioni Bolnisi. Kapanadze has won seven trophies in all three domestic competitions and received individual recognition with different clubs. Career Kapanadze started his professional career at Samtredia in 2009, although his first achievement came with Samgurali in 2012–13, when he became the Pirveli Liga top goalscorer with 27 goals. In 2013, Kanapadze netted his first two European goals in Torpedo Kutaisi's 3–3 draw against Žilina. Early next year he moved to fellow Imeretian club Zestafoni. Kapanadze enjoyed a long-time prolific period at his hometown team Torpedo Kutaisi. Apart from winning the league and the Cup, twice in a row he became the top goalscorer. Vakhtang Kapanadze
Vakhtang Kapanadze ( ka, ვახტანგ კაპანაძე) (born 17 August 1960) is a Georgian major general who was Chief of General Staff of the Georgian Armed Forces from 22 November 2013 to 22 November 2016. He held the same command from August 2004 to February 2005. Prior he was in charge of the Georgian peacekeeping battalion deployed in South Ossetia before the war broke out. Career Kapanadze graduated from the Faculty of Geography and Geology, Tbilisi State University, in 1983. He then studied at Georgia's Academy of Interior and has also been trained at the George C. Marshall European Center for Security Studies, National Academy of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, and U.S. Army War College. Sergi Kapanadze
Sergi Kapanadze is a Georgian politician and academic. Sergi Kapanadze was a deputy speaker of Georgia's Parliament, in 2016-2020. Since 2021 he rejoined the think tank GRASS (Georgia's Reforms Associates) which he founded in 2012. In 2011-2012 he was a deputy foreign minister of Georgia. He also worked for the Foreign Ministry from 2005 until 2012. He has served as the Dean of the School of Governance at Caucasus University (2013-2016) and a director of GRASS (2012-2016). He was a prominent member of the Movement for Liberty - European Georgia opposition party, but left the party in 2021.
