Kamysakty
The Kamysakty ( kk, Қамысақты; russian: Камысакты) is a river in the Aiyrtau and Esil districts, North Kazakhstan Region, Kazakhstan. It is long and has a catchment area of . Until 1865 the Kamysakty formed the uppermost stretch of the Kamyshlov, a former left tributary of the Irtysh. Its ancient valley can be traced by a residual chain of lakes for almost all the way to the Irtysh. The river is currently part of the Ishim Water Management Basin. Course The Kamysakty belongs to the Ishim River basin. It has its sources on the northwestern slopes of the Kokshetau Hills, close to lake Ulken Koskol. The river heads roughly northwards most of its course. Ulken Torangyl
Ulken Torangyl ( kk, Үлкен Тораңғыл; russian: Большой Тарангул) is a lake in Esil District, North Kazakhstan Region, Kazakhstan. The lake is located to the SSW of Yavlenka town, the administrative center of the district. Korneyevka lies near the eastern lakeshore. Geography Ulken Torangyl is an endorheic lake belonging to the Ishim River basin. It is located at the southern edge of the Ishim Plain. The shores are sandy. Ulken Koskol ( kk, Үлкен Қоскөл; russian: Большой Косколь) is a salt lake in Aiyrtau District, North Kazakhstan Region, Kazakhstan. Saumalkol town, the district capital (formerly Volodarskoye), is located to the southwest. Kenashchi village lies to the southwest of the southwestern shore. Geography Ulken Koskol is an endorheic lake in the Kazakh Uplands. It is part of the Ishim River basin. The Kamyshlov Log ( rus, Камышловский лог or ''Урочище Камышловский лог''; kk, Камыстысай), is a former river valley of Siberia. Administratively it falls within Omsk Oblast, Siberian Federal District, of the Russian Federation, as well as the North Kazakhstan Region of Kazakhstan.Google Earth The first geographical observations about the Kamyshlov Log in the early 18th century described it as a flowing river, consisting in a chain of long lakes interconnected by channels, which seasonally dried up, but flowed again during periods of high water. Sentinel-2 is an Earth observation mission from the Copernicus Programme that systematically acquires optical imagery at high spatial resolution (10 m to 60 m) over land and coastal waters. Endorheic Basins Of Asia
An endorheic basin (; also spelled endoreic basin or endorreic basin) is a drainage basin that normally retains water and allows no outflow to other external bodies of water, such as rivers or oceans, but drainage converges instead into lakes or swamps, permanent or seasonal, that equilibrate through evaporation. They are also called closed or terminal basins, internal drainage systems, or simply basins. Endorheic regions contrast with open and closed lakes, exorheic regions. Endorheic water bodies include some of the largest lakes in the world, such as the Caspian Sea, the world's largest inland body of water. Google Earth is a computer program that renders a 3D computer graphics, 3D representation of Earth based primarily on satellite imagery.
