Kampung Pasir Putih
Kampung Pasir Putih is a village in Pasir Gudang, Johor Bahru District, Johor, Malaysia. This village was established in 1920, along with three other villages, and is the only one that still exists today in Pasir Gudang. The primary sectors that contribute to the economy of this village are agriculture and commerce. Malays, Indonesians and Pakistanis are the main residents of this village (the latter two work in the nearby factory). Kampung Pasir Putih was administered by the head village named Tuan Suhaimi who live at Tanjung Puteri Resort, which located beside Kampung Pasir Putih. Kampung Pasir Putih also was located beside Tanjung Puteri Golf Resort. Whoever loves or want to try to play golf, they can go here. For some travellers, dont worry about where they can stay for a day or more because there were many villas and hotel too so they can stay there for a while. Pasir Gudang is a city in Johor Bahru District, Johor, Malaysia. The main industries are transportation and logistics, shipbuilding, petrochemicals and other heavy industries, and oil palm storage and distribution, which is located in Johor Port and Tanjung Langsat. History Established in 1918, Pasir Gudang, which was formerly known as Kampung Pasir Udang, was founded by Long Abu who is believed to have originated from Riau, Indonesia. Four more villages were established by the expanded population of about 83 families. *Kampung Pasir Gudang Baru. (known as Kampung Pasir Gudang Lama located at TNB Sultan Iskandar Power Station) *Kampung Sungai Perembi.
