Kader Dost (born 1 January 2000) is a Turkish race walker specialising in the 5000 m, 10 km and 20 km racewalk. Kader Dost was born in Adıyaman, Turkey on 1 January 2000. At the 2019 European Race Walking Cup held in Alytus, Lithuania, she placed fifth in the U20 category of 10 km walk with a time of 48:09. In the 20 km individual race of the 2021 European Race Walking Team Championships, she ranked 26th with 1:36:14. In 2021, she took third place in the 20 km event at the International Race walk Championship in Sumy, Ukraine. She set her personal best time with 1:34:40. 5000 Metres Race Walk
The 5000 metres race walk is a racewalking event. The event is competed as a track race and was part of the athletics programme for men at the IAAF World Indoor Championships in Athletics until 1993. It is also an event in the World Masters Athletics Championships, and is a World record event. Athletes must always keep in contact with the ground and the supporting leg must remain straight until the raised leg passes it. 5000 meters is 3.11 miles. 10 Kilometres Race Walk
The 10 kilometres race walk, or 10-kilometer racewalk, is a racewalking event. The event is competed as a road race. Athletes must always keep in contact with the ground and the supporting leg must remain straight until the raised leg passes it. 10 kilometers is 6.21 miles. 2019 European Race Walking Cup
The 2019 European Race Walking Cup took place on 19 May, 2019. The races were held on a 1 km lap around the city centre in Alytus, Lithuania. It was the last edition to be held under the name European Race Walking Cup before being renamed to European Race Walking Team Championships from 2021 on. For the first time European Race Walking Cup also included women's 50 km racewalking event. Alytus
Alytus is a city with municipal rights in southern Lithuania. It is the capital of Alytus County. Its population in 2022 was 53,925. Alytus is the historical centre of the Dzūkija region.
