KWSV-LP (99.1 FM, "99.1 The Ranch") is a low-power FM radio station licensed to and serving Simi Valley, California. The station is owned by Strategic Communications Group and broadcasts a country music format from its studios located inside Simi Valley Town Center. It is the flagship station of ''The Ashley & Brad Show'', a syndicated country radio morning program co-hosted by former KZLA and KKGO personality Ashley Paige. Simi Valley Town Center is a lifestyle center located in Simi Valley, California. It was owned and operated by Forest City Enterprises. The mall was sold to Alberta Development Partners and Walton Street Capital in 2010. The retail center opened in 2005 with Macy's and Robinsons-May as anchor stores; the latter was converted into a Macy's Men's and Home store on September 9, 2006. The complex was designed by the architectural firm F+A Architects to resemble a hillside Italian village. The center is home to KWSV-LP, a non-commercial low-power FM radio station known as "99.1 The Ranch" that launched in 2015 with a country music format. Simi Valley (; Chumash: ''Shimiyi'') is a city in the valley of the same name in the southeast region of Ventura County, California, United States. Simi Valley is from Downtown Los Angeles, making it part of the Greater Los Angeles Area. The city sits next to Thousand Oaks, Moorpark, and Chatsworth. WZTU (94.9 FM) is a radio station in the Miami-Ft. Lauderdale radio market. Owned and operated by iHeartMedia, its studios are located in iHeartMedia complex in Rivera Blvd in Miramar and the transmitter site is in Miami Gardens. The station plays a Spanish top-40 format, mixed with some English top 40 songs. WZTU is licensed by the FCC to broadcast in the HD Radio (hybrid) format.
