Bossier City ( ) is a city in Bossier Parish in the northwestern region of the U.S. state of Louisiana in the United States. Oil City is a town in Caddo Parish, Louisiana. The population was 1,008 at the time of the 2010 census. Oil City is located on Louisiana Highway 1, north of Caddo Lake.
