KK Podgorica
Košarkaški klub Podgorica (), commonly referred to as KK Podgorica, is a men's professional basketball club based in Podgorica, Montenegro. The club has the same management structure as Budućnost Bemax. They are currently competing in the Montenegrin First League and the ABA League Second Division. History The club played the 2011–12 season in the Montenegrin League. In the 2019–20 season, Podgorica won the First B League and got promoted to the First A League for the 2020–21 season. In June 2020, they have received a wild card for the 2020–21 season of the ABA League Second Division. Prva A Liga
The Prva A liga, for sponsorships reasons named the Erste Liga, is the top-tier professional basketball league in Montenegro. It is the highest basketball division organized by the Basketball Association of Montenegro (KSCG). It was established in 2006. shortly after Montenegro declared its independence from Serbia and Montenegro. The league is sponsored by and named after Erste Bank. Currently, two clubs from the area are playing in the regional ABA League. The most successful club in the Prva A liga is Budućnost Podgorica, which has won 14 titles, after winning the 2022 championship. Branko Milisavljević
Branko Milisavljević ( sr, Бранко Милисављевић; born 21 July 1976) is a Serbian professional basketball coach and former player who is an assistant coach for Podgorica of the Prva A Liga and the ABA League Second Division. Standing at , he played at the point guard position. Playing career During his playing career, Milisavljević played abroad in several countries, most notably in France and Greece where he played for three clubs. He also played in Russia, Germany, Israel, Lithuania, Spain and Switzerland. In his homeland, Milisavljević played for Borac Čačak, Partizan, Mega Vizura and BKK Radnički. Petar Mijović ( sr-Cyrl, Петар Мијовић; born 23 February 1982) is a Montenegrin professional basketball coach who is the U-19 head coach and youth system coordinator for Studentski centar of the Prva A Liga. Nikola Bulatović (born June 14, 1971) is a Montenegrin professional basketball coach and former player, who is an current assistant coach for Podgorica of the Prva A Liga and the ABA League Second Division. Dragan Radović ( sr-cyr, Драган Радовић; born 12 December 1976), also known by his nickname Prle, is a Montenegrin basketball coach and former player. He currently serves both as an assistant coach and youth system coordinator for Podgorica of the Prva A Liga and the ABA League Second Division.
