KF Tirana–Partizani Tirana Rivalry
Historically the rivalry between KF Tirana and FK Partizani Tirana, Partizani Tirana football clubs, the two biggest in Tirana the capital of Albania, has been followed by many football fans and much spectacle either on the pitch, or on stands between Tirona Fanatics and Guerrils. Matches between these two teams have a long history and have almost always made the first page news in the country. Between years 2008-13, following Partizani's relegation, and also during 2017-18 season with Tirana's relegation to a lower division, the derby faded away for a while until its return during the 2018–19 season. Tirana ( , ; aln, Tirona) is the capital and largest city of Albania. It is located in the centre of the country, enclosed by mountains and hills with Dajti rising to the east and a slight valley to the northwest overlooking the Adriatic Sea in the distance. Igli Allmuça (born 25 October 1980) is an Albanian professional football coach and former player who was the manager of Albanian First Division club Dinamo Tirana. Ansi Agolli (born 11 October 1982) is an Albanian former professional footballer who captained the Albania national team.
