Juraj Nikolac
Juraj Nikolac (born 22 April 1932) is a Croatian, formerly Yugoslav, chess player who received the FIDE title of Grandmaster (GM) in 1979. He previously held the International Master (IM) title since 1975. Nikolac was born in Metković and is a retired physics teacher. He is the one of the oldest chess grandmasters alive. He finished 3= behind Aleksandar Matanović in the 1978 Yugoslav championship. Metković
Metković () is a town in the Dubrovnik-Neretva County of Croatia, located in the southeast of the country, on the banks of the river Neretva and on the border with Bosnia and Herzegovina. Maribor ( , , , ; also known by other #Name, historical names) is the second-largest city in Slovenia and the largest city of the traditional region of Styria (Slovenia), Lower Styria. Oberwart (; hu, Felsőőr; hr, Gornja Borta) is a town in Burgenland in southeast Austria on the banks of the Pinka River, and the capital of the district of the same name.
