Julio César Baldivieso
Julio César Baldivieso Rico (born 2 December 1971) is a Bolivian association football, football coach and former player who played as an attacking midfielder. Baldivieso was a midfielder who played for the Bolivia national team at the Football World Cup 1994, 1994 World Cup and several Copa Américas. Football career Club Nicknamed "El Emperador", Baldivieso began his career in his native Cochabamba playing for Club Jorge Wilstermann, Wilstermann in 1987. His exquisite technique didn't go unnoticed and he signed with Bolivia's biggest football club, Club Bolívar, Bolívar in 1992. Thanks in part to the successful run with the national team, which qualified to the 1994 World Cup, he awoke the interest of several clubs outside Bolivia. Cochabamba
Cochabamba ( ay, Quchapampa; qu, Quchapampa) is a city and municipality in central Bolivia in a valley in the Andes mountain range. It is the capital of the Cochabamba Department and the fourth largest city in Bolivia, with a population of 630,587 according to the 2012 Bolivian census. Its name is from a compound of the Quechua words ''qucha'' "lake" and '' pampa'', "open plain." Residents of the city and the surrounding areas are commonly referred to as ''cochalas'' or, more formally, ''cochabambinos''.
