Joseph B. Willigers, MHM (October 26, 1930 – September 30, 2012) was the Roman Catholic bishop of the Roman Catholic Diocese of Jinja in Jinja, Uganda }), is a landlocked country in East Africa East Africa, Eastern Africa, or East of Africa, is the eastern subregion of the African continent.
