Joo Hyong-jun
Joo Hyong-jun (Hangul: 주형준, ; born 22 April 1991) is a South Korean speed skater. Career Short track career In 2010, Joo was selected for the South Korean junior national short track speed skating team and won the gold medal in the men's 3000 metre relay at the 2010 World Junior Short Track Speed Skating Championships held in Taipei, alongside Noh Jin-kyu and Park Se-yeong. Long track career In late 2010, Joo turned to long track speed skating. In November 2011, Joo was selected for the South Korean national team and had three podium finishes as a member of the South Korean team pursuit squad in the 2011–12 World Cup series. 2012–13 ISU Speed Skating World Cup
The 2012–13 ISU Speed Skating World Cup, officially the ''Essent ISU World Cup Speed Skating 2012–2013'', was a series of international speed skating competitions which ran the entire season. The season started on 16 November 2012 in Heerenveen, Netherlands, and ended with the final on 10 March 2013, also in Heerenveen. In total, nine competition weekends were held at eight different locations, twelve cups were contested (six for men, and six for women), and 82 races took place. Noh Jin-kyu
Noh Jin-Kyu (Hangul: 노진규, Hanja: 盧珍圭, 20 July 1992 – 3 April 2016) was a South Korean short track speed skater. During his first season at the senior level at the age of 18, he became the 2011 Overall World Champion. He was the World Record holder for 1500m and 3000m and team member for the 5000m Relay WR. Career Noh won the 2010 Junior World Championships, and due to the format of the South Korean National Team selection rules, he was able to win a spot on the team with his speediness on the ice for the 2010-2011 season despite his inexperience compared to veterans of the sport.
