Jonas Andersson (co-driver)
Jonas Andersson (born 1 January 1977) is a Swedish rally co-driver. Currently, he is the co-driver of Gus Greensmith. Rally career Jonas Andersson began his rally career in 2002, co-driving for Per-Gunnar Andersson. In the 2002 Rally Sweden, he made his WRC debut in a Renault Clio RS. From 2009, he started to partner with the Norwegian rally driver Mads Østberg. In the 2011 Rally Sweden, they achieved their first podium finish. One year later, in Portugal, the crew won their first and only WRC victory after Mikko Hirvonen's disqualification. Starting from 2017, Andersson began to cooperate with Pontus Tidemand. They won the 2017 WRC-2 title at Škoda Motorsport in a Škoda Fabia R5. The Škoda Fabia R5 is a rally car built by Škoda Motorsport. It is based upon the Škoda Fabia road car and is built to R5 regulations. It made its competition début in 2015 as a successor to the Škoda Fabia S2000. The 2017 FIA World Rally Championship-2 is the fifth season of the World Rally Championship-2, an auto racing championship recognised by the Fédération Internationale de l'Automobile, running in support of the World Rally Championship. Pontus Johan Tidemand (born 10 December 1990) is a Swedish Rallying, rally and Rallycross, rallycross driver. He is the 2017 WRC-2 champion and a previous M-Sport World Rally Team, M-Sport and Škoda Motorsport driver. Pontus is the son of Swedish rally driver Tomas Tidemand and ex-rally co-driver Maud Solberg, nowadays the wife of Norwegian rally driver Henning Solberg. The 2017 FIA World Rally Championship was the 45th season of the World Rally Championship, an auto racing championship recognised by the Fédération Internationale de l'Automobile (FIA) as the highest class of international rallying. Mikko Hirvonen
Mikko Hirvonen (born 31 July 1980) is a Finnish former rally driver, and a current Rally-Raid driver, who drove in the World Rally Championship. He placed third in the drivers' championship and helped Ford to the manufacturers' title in both 2006 and 2007. In 2008, 2009, 2011 and 2012 he finished runner-up to Sébastien Loeb. Hirvonen's co-driver was Jarmo Lehtinen from the 2003 season until his retirement in 2014, Lehtinen had replaced Miikka Anttila who co-drove with Hirvonen in the 2002 season. The 2011 Rally Sweden was the opening round of 2011 World Rally Championship season. It was the season's first and only event held on snow- and ice-covered gravel roads. The rally took place over 10–13 February, beginning with a Super Special Stage in the event's base town of Karlstad. The rally was also the first round of the Production World Rally Championship. The rally saw a beginning to a new era in the World Rally Championship, with the previous generation of WRC machinery such as the Citroën C4 and the Ford Focus being phased out in favour of cars with a displacement of . Mads Østberg
Mads Østberg (born 11 October 1987) is a Norwegian rally driver. His co-driver is Torstein Eriksen. Career Østberg competed in his first rally in 2004. His first World Rally Championship event was the 2006 Swedish Rally, in which he finished 31st in his Subaru Impreza WRC 2003. In the 2006 season, he competed in two more WRC rallies; retiring at the Rally Finland and finishing 23rd at the Wales Rally GB. In the 2007 season, Østberg continued with an Impreza WRC 2005 and competed in six world rallies for the Prodrive-supported Adapta team. He took his first stage win on a super special stage of the 2007 Swedish Rally, and later achieved his first WRC point by finishing eighth at the 2007 Rally Finland.
