Johnson (composer)
Thattil Antony Johnson (26 March 1953 – 18 August 2011), popularly known as Johnson Master, was an Indian film score composer and music director who has given music to some of the most important motion pictures of Malayalam cinema, including those for ''Koodevide'', ''Namukku Parkkan Munthiri Thoppukal, Namukku Paarkkan Munthiri Thoppukal'', ''Oru Minnaminunginte Nurunguvettam'', ''Vadakkunokkiyantram'', ''Perumthachan (film), Perumthachan'', ''Njan Gandharvan'', ''Ponthan Mada'', and ''Bhoothakkannadi''. Thakara
''Thakara'' is a 1979 Indian Malayalam-language drama film directed by Bharathan and written by Padmarajan. It stars Prathap Pothan, Surekha, Nedumudi Venu and K. G. Menon in pivotal roles. The film was a breakthrough in the career of Bharathan and Venu. It was remade in Tamil as ''Aavarampoo'' (1992). Plot Thakara (Prathap Pothan) is an orphan. Balachandra Menon ( ml, ബാലചന്ദ്ര മേനോൻ) (born 11 January 1954) is an Indian actor, director and script writer. Bharathan
Bharathan (14 November 1946 – 30 July 1998) was an Indian film maker, artist, and art director. Bharathan is noted for being the founder of a new school of film making in Malayalam cinema, along with Padmarajan and K. G. George, in the 1980s, which created films that were widely received while also being critically acclaimed. A train of directors, and screenwriters followed this school onto the 1990s including Sibi Malayil, Kamal, Lohithadas and Jayaraj.
