John Jewsbury Bradley (April 20, 1869 – May 21, 1948) was a United States Army officer and a Brigadier general who commanded the Eighth Infantry Division during World War I.Davis, Henry Blaine. He graduated from the United States Military Academy in 1891 and was commissioned in the Fourteenth Infantry. Lakeview, also spelled Lake View, is one of the 77 community areas of Chicago, Illinois. Lakeview is located in the city's North Side. It is bordered by West Diversey Parkway on the south, West Irving Park Road on the north, North Ravenswood Avenue on the west, and the shore of Lake Michigan on the east. The American Expeditionary Forces (A. E. F.) was a formation of the United States Army on the Western Front of World War I. The A. E. F. was established on July 5, 1917, in France under the command of General John J. Pershing.
