Townships (), formally township-level divisions (), are the basic level (fourth-level administrative units) of political divisions in China. They are similar to municipalities and communes in other countries and in turn may contain village committees and villages. Louxing District () is the only urban district and the seat of Loudi Prefecturel-level City, Hunan Province, China. Located in northeastern part of Loudi, it is in the place across three prefecturel-level cities of Loudi, Changsha and Xiangtan, the Lian River flows it west to east. Yuelu District () is one of six urban districts of the prefecture-level city of Changsha, the capital of Hunan Province, China.
