Liancheng County
Liancheng County () is a county in the municipal region of Longyan, Fujian, People's Republic of China. Geography Liancheng borders Changting county, Changting and Shanghang county, Shanghang counties to the west and south, and Xinluo District, Xinluo, the municipal seat, to the southeast. Sanming Municipality's Yong'an City and Qingliu County lie to the east and northeast. Two watersheds meet here, with most of the county's rivers flowing north and east to the Min River (Fujian), Min River and the East China Sea, and the remainder flowing southwest to the Ting River system and the South China Sea. Fujian
Fujian (; alternately romanized as Fukien or Hokkien) is a province on the southeastern coast of China. Hebei or , (; alternately Hopeh) is a northern province of China. Hebei is China's sixth most populous province, with over 75 million people. Shijiazhuang is the capital city. Ye Fei
Ye Fei (; 7 May 1914 – 18 April 1999) was a Philippine-born Chinese military general and politician of the People's Republic of China. Born Sixto Mercado Tiongco in the Philippines to a Chinese father and a Filipino mother, he joined the Chinese Communist Party at a young age and fought many battles as a senior commander of the People's Liberation Army in the Chinese Civil War. At age 40, he was among the first PLA commanders to be awarded the rank of General by the newly established People's Republic of China and later served as Commander-in-Chief of the Chinese Navy. Han Xianchu (; 1913–1986) was a general of the Chinese Communist Party. Han participated in many military campaigns and battles such as Battle of Pingxingguan, Liaoshen Campaign, Pingjin Campaign, Hainan Campaign, and the Korean War. In 1955 he was among the first group of military leaders to be awarded the Shang Jiang (Senior General) rank.
