Jennifer Pareja
Jennifer Pareja Lisalde (born 8 May 1984) is a former Spanish water polo player who won the gold medal at the 2013 World Championships in Barcelona, being named ''Most Valuable Player'' of the event. She was named 2013 Best Female Water Polo Player of the Year by FINA. Pareja competed at the 2012 Summer Olympics with the Spain national team in the women's event, winning the silver medal. She scored 12 goals and was named to the Olympic All-Star Team. She was the joint top sprinter at the 2012 Olympics, with 21 sprints won. In 2014 she also won gold at European Championship in Budapest. Olot
Olot () is the capital city of the ''comarca'' of Garrotxa, in the Province of Girona, Catalonia, Spain. The city is known for its natural landscape, including four volcanoes scattered around the city center. The municipality is part of the Zona Volcànica de la Garrotxa Natural Park. Olot is also well known for its cultural activity, with historical art movements like Olot school or factories of religious imagery, which contributed to the location in the city of the main Design and Arts & Crafts school of the province of Girona, the Escola d'Art i Superior de Disseny d'Olot. Margaret Ann Steffens (born June 4, 1993) is an American water polo player. She won the gold medal with the United States at the 2012, 2016 and 2020 Summer Olympics. At the 2020 Summer Olympics, Steffens set a new Olympic record for the most number of goals scored by an individual player in women's water polo at the Olympic Games. Early career Steffens played water polo at Monte Vista High School and helped the team win their league championship in 2007, 2008, and 2009. She also played for Diablo Water Polo in Alamo, California. College career Steffens attended Stanford University, playing on the women's water polo team from 2013 to 2017.
