Jean-Philippe Mendy
Jean-Philippe Mendy (born 4 March 1987) is a French footballer of Senegalese descent who initially plays as a midfielder, and he was later in his career moved forward. Career Mendy started playing football, aged 6, at OSC Élancourt, before moving, aged 12, to FC Versailles 78, and at some point after, to Football Croix-de-Savoie 74, now known as Evian Thonon Gaillard F.C. Aged 14, he spent some time at Clairefontaine. In the summer of 2006, he played a single friendly match for the Swiss third-tier side CS Chênois, a 5–0 loss against the Romanian team Dinamo București. Despite the loss, he was noticed by Dinamo's coach Mircea Rednic, and brought to the Romanian club. Despite never officially being a CS Chênois player, he was erroneously presented as such by the Romanian media. The 2013–14 Slovenian PrvaLiga was the 23rd edition of the Slovenian PrvaLiga since its establishment in 1991. Also known by the abbreviation 1. 2006–07 Liga I
The 2006–07 Liga I was the eighty-ninth season of Liga I, the top-level football league of Romania. Season began on 28 July 2006 and ended on 23 May 2007. Teams Eighteen teams played in the 2006–07 season. Four teams were from Moldova, four clubs from Transylvania, one from Dobruja and nine from Wallachia four of them coming from the country's capital city Bucharest. Pandurii Târgu Jiu had been relegated at the end of the previous season but they re-entered Liga I at the expense of Sportul Studenţesc which has been relegated to Liga II due to financial problems. They relegated together with FC Bacău, who finished 16th last season. The Liga I (; ''First League''), also spelled as Liga 1, is a Romanian professional league for men's association football clubs. Currently sponsored by betting company Superbet, it is officially known as the SuperLiga. It is the country's top football competition, being contested by 16 clubs which take part in a promotion and relegation system with the Liga II. The teams play 30 matches each in the regular season, before entering the championship play-offs or the relegation play-outs according to their position in the regular table. Rodolfo Vanoli
Rodolfo Vanoli (born 11 January 1963) is an Italian professional football manager and former player. Playing career Vanoli, a defender, started his career with Varese. He then went on to play football professionally, making his Serie A debut in 1985 with Lecce. In 1989 he joined Udinese, playing Serie A and Serie B with the ''Friuliani''. He retired in 2000 after a single season with Swiss club FC Chiasso. Managerial career Vanoli started his career as a coach in Switzerland. In 2010 he returned to Italy and took charge at Colligiana. Lega Pro Prima Divisione was the third highest football league in Italy. It consisted of 33 teams, divided geographically into two divisions of 16 and 17 teams for group A and B respectively. Until 2008 it was known as Serie C1. Before the 1978–79 season there were only three leagues of professional football in Italy, the third being Serie C. In 1978, it was decided to split Serie C into Serie C1 and Serie C2.
