Jaurès () is a station on Paris Métro line 2, line 5, and line 7bis in the 10th and 19th arrondissements. History The station was opened on 23 February 1903, three weeks after line 2 was extended from Anvers to ''Bagnolet'' (now Alexandre Dumas) on 31 January 1903. Line 7bis platforms opened on 18 January 1911 as part of the first section of line 7 between Opéra and Porte de la Villette, more than two months after the opening of the line on 5 November 1910. Line 5 platforms opened on 12 October 1942 with the opening of the first section of the line between Gare du Nord and Église de Pantin. On 3 December 1967 the branch to Pré Saint-Gervais was separated as 7bis with the new service terminating at Louis Blanc. The station was originally called ''Rue d'Allemagne'' ("Street of Germany"). Nation () is a station of the Paris Métro and Île-de-France's RER commuter rail service. It serves Line 1, Line 2, Line 6 and Line 9 of the Paris Métro and RER A. It takes its name from its location at the Place de la Nation. Location The station is under and around Place de la Nation – each stopping point oriented along an east–west axis. The station of line 1 is in a curve, under the southern part of the square, enclosed between the loop stations of lines 2 and 6. The terminus of line 2 forms a loop under the square. Liège () is a station on Line 13 of the Paris Métro. Opened in 1911, it is located the border of the 8th and 9th arrondissements. History It was built as part of the Nord-Sud Company's Line B from Saint-Lazare to Porte de Saint-Ouen and opened on 26 February 1911 as ''Berlin'', named after the nearby ''Rue Berlin''. Paris Métro Line 13 (opened as Line B; French: ''Ligne 13 du métro de Paris'') is one of the sixteen lines of the Paris Métro. Paris Métro Line 10 is one of 16 metro lines in Paris, France. The line links the Boulogne – Pont de Saint Cloud metro station in Boulogne in the west with the Gare d'Austerlitz, travelling under the neighborhoods situated on the Rive Gauche in the southern half of Paris and the commune of Boulogne-Billancourt. Auguste Marie Joseph Jean Léon Jaurès (3 September 185931 July 1914), commonly referred to as Jean Jaurès (; oc, Joan Jaurés ), was a French Socialist leader. Initially a Moderate Republican, he later became one of the first social democrats and (in 1902) the leader of the French Socialist Party, which opposed Jules Guesde's revolutionary Socialist Party of France.
