Jalan Syed Abdullah Aziz or Malacca Coastal Highway, Federal Route 192, is a coastal highway in Malacca City, Malacca, Malaysia. This coastal highway was built as a bypass of the Malacca City Centre and was built to shorten the travel distance between Bandar Hilir and Kampung Limbongan town area from 10 km (estimated) to 5 km (estimated). The Kilometre Zero of the Federal Route 192 starts at Bandar Hilir. The highway passing Pulau Melaka junctions, Mahkota junctions, Malacca Coastal Bridge, Taman Kota Laksamana junctions and finally Kampung Limbongan junctions. Kampung Limbongan
Limbongan was a neighbourhood in Kampong Ayer, the riverine stilt settlement in Bandar Seri Begawan, the capital of Brunei. It was officially a village subdivision under Tamoi, a mukim (subdistrict) of Brunei-Muara District, and had the postcode BL1312. Limbongan was one of the traditional stilt neighbourhoods which had existed along the banks of the Kedayan River, a tributary of the Brunei River in the vicinity of Kampong Ayer, before they were eventually demolished in the 2010s and redeveloped into Taman Mahkota Jubli Emas, a riverfront park. Malacca Straits Mosque
Malacca Straits Mosque ( ms, Masjid Selat Melaka) is a mosque located on the man-made Malacca Island in Malacca City, Malacca, Malaysia, which was opened on 24 November 2006 by the Supreme Ruler of Malaysia (Yang di-Pertuan Agong) Tuanku Syed Sirajuddin Syed Putra Jamalullail and was constructed with a cost of about MYR10 million. It was built using the mix of Middle Eastern and Malay craftsmanship and looks like a floating structure when the water level is high. Its structure has two intersecting archways lead to the main entrance and stained glass which covers the space in between the arches. Melaka Gateway
Melaka Gateway ( zh, c=马六甲皇京港) was an off-shore development of artificial islands in Malacca, Malaysia. It was launched on 7 February 2014 by Malaysia's Prime Minister, Dato' Seri Najib Bin Tun Abdul Razak, witnessed by Malacca Chief Minister Idris Haron. It was expected to be open in 2018 and finished completely by 2025. In November 2020, the project was reported as scrapped by the State government stating that the developer of the Melaka Gateway project has failed to complete the reclamation works after three years as contracted. Malaccan Chief Minister Sulaiman Md Ali was quoted as saying the Melaka Gateway project will not be abandoned but will be taken over by a new developer saying "The development will continue, but we have some technical issues that we need to fix." Malacca Island ( ms, Pulau Melaka) is a man-made island in Malacca, Malaysia. It is part of the “Twin Island City Centre” project undertaken by Pulau Kembar Sdn Bhd., a subsidiary of Talam Corporation Berhad. This waterfront development project involves the reclamation of two islands, approximately 0.5 km off the coast of Malacca City measuring 40ha and 50ha respectively. Malacca River
The Malacca River ( ms, Sungai Melaka) which flows through the middle of Malacca City in Malacca, Malaysia, was a vital trade route during the heyday of Malacca Sultanate in the 15th century. The river starts from the foothills in the neighbouring state of Negeri Sembilan and feeds into the Strait of Malacca.
