''Jaanwar'' () is an Indian Bollywood fantasy film directed by S. Ali Raza, released in 1982. The film stars Rajesh Khanna and Zeenat Aman as the main lead characters of the film. This film was of different genre than the other films of the pair. The film gives a social message of saving animals The film takes place in a mythical kingdom and tells the tale of Raju who gets separated from his father and has to live in a village next to forest and of Rajkumari who as a newborn girl is forced by circumstances to be abandoned in a forest and subsequently is brought by animals. Plot Murad is a king and he makes a wish that if a baby girl is born in his house, he will ensure that animals are not caged in his kingdom. Rajesh Khanna
Rajesh Khanna () (; born Jatin Khanna; 29 December 1942 – 18 July 2012) was an Indian actor, film producer and politician who worked in Hindi films. He is called as the "First Superstar of Hindi cinema", he consecutively starred in a record 15 solo hero successful films between 1969 and 1971. He was the highest-paid actor in Hindi cinema throughout the 1970s and 1980s. In the Indian film industry, the muhurat shot or muhurtam shot is the first shot (or take) of a film marking the commencement of the principal photography. It is preceded by a pooja (religious rites). Muhurtam is a word from the Rig Veda and means moment. Kishore Kumar (born as Abhas Kumar Ganguly (); 4 August 1929 – 13 October 1987) was an Indian playback singer and actor. He is widely regarded as one of the greatest, most influential and dynamic singers in the history of Indian music. Asrar ul Hassan Khan (1 October 1919 − 24 May 2000), better known as Majrooh Sultanpuri, was an Indian Urdu poet and lyricist in India's Hindi language film industry. He wrote Hindustani lyrics for numerous Hindi film soundtracks. He was one of the dominating musical forces in Indian cinema in the 1950s and early 1960s, and was an important figure in the Progressive Writers' Movement. Om Shivpuri (14 July 1938 – 15 October 1990) was an Indian theatre actor-director and character actor in Hindi films. A National School of Drama, New Delhi alumnus, Shivpuri became the first chief of the National School of Drama Repertory Company (1964) and one of its actors. He later founded an important theatre group of its era in New Delhi, Dishantar. Early life Born in Patiala, Om Shivpuri started his career by working at Jalandhar Radio Station, where Sudha Shivpuri (who later became his wife) was working at the time. Zeenat Aman
Zeenat Khan (born 19 November 1951), better known as Zeenat Aman, is an Indian actress and former fashion model. She first received recognition for her modelling work, and at the age of 19, went on to participate in beauty pageants, winning both the Femina Miss India pageant and the Miss Asia Pacific International pageant in 1970.
