Jørgen Ludvig Hansen (24 December 1931 – 30 April 1986) was a Danish footballer who played as a forward or midfielder. He made in 22 appearances for the Denmark national team from 1955 to 1962. The football tournament at the 1960 Summer Olympics was held from 26 August to 10 September in 1960 throughout Italy. Jørgen Hansen (cyclist)
Jørgen Emil Hansen (born 7 December 1942) is a Danish cyclist who competed in the Summer Olympics three times. He took part in the men's 100 km team time trial in the 1968, 1972, and 1976 Olympic Games, and in the men's individual road race in 1968 and 1976. The 1976 100 km time trial team, which also included Verner Blaudzun, Gert Frank and Jørn Lund, won a bronze medal for Denmark. It finished ahead of West Germany and Czechoslovakia for third place, behind the Soviet Union and Poland. Born in Copenhagen, Hansen won a gold medal in the men's team time trial at the 1966 UCI Road World Championships. Odense Boldklub (; also known as Odense BK or the more commonly used OB) is a Danish professional football club based in the city Odense. The club has won three Danish championships and five Danish Cup trophies. OB play in the Danish Superliga and their home field is Nature Energy Park. OB's clubhouse is located in Ådalen near Odense River. History Early history OB were founded on 12 July 1887 as ''Odense Cricketklub'', with cricket the only sport. Jens Jørgen Rankenberg-Hansen (4 January 1939 – 2 January 2022) was a Danish football player and manager. Career He played 417 games as a defender for Esbjerg fB with whom he won four Danish football championships. He represented the Denmark national team in 39 games from 1962 to 1971, and was a part of the Denmark squad at the 1964 European Championship. Jørgen Hansen (boxer)
Jørgen Hansen (27 March 1943 – 15 March 2018) was a Danish welterweight boxer. Hansen competed for Denmark at the 1968 Summer Olympics in the welterweight division but lost his first match. Hansen turned professional shortly after the games and was active as a professional until 1982. Hansen fought for the WBC world light welterweight title in 1973, but was stopped by Italian Bruno Arcari. Hansen won the European welterweight title in 1977 against Italian Marco Scano but lost the title by disqualification in his first defense. In 1978 he was awarded a chance to regain the title against Frenchman Alain Marion whom Hansen stopped in the 6th round of the title bout. Hansen later lost the title by disqualification. Hansen won the European title for the third time when he knocked out British European champion Dave Boy Green in the third round. Jørgen Hammergaard Hansen (c. 1930 – 22 August 2013) was a Danish badminton player who won numerous major international titles from the mid-1950s to the mid-1960s. Career Though he competed in singles at a strong international level during the first half of his career, it was as a doubles player that he made his mark, capturing six All England Open Badminton Championships, All-England men's doubles titles with Finn Kobberø (1955, 1956, 1961, 1962, 1963, 1964) and reaching the final round of the All-England mixed doubles on three occasions.
