Alexander Achinioti-Jönsson
Alexander Börje Achinioti-Jönsson (born 17 April 1996) is a Swedish footballer who plays for Canadian club Forge FC as a midfielder. Club career Helsingborgs IF On 1 May 2014, Achinioti-Jönsson made his professional debut for Helsingborgs IF as an injury-time substitute in a Swedish Cup match against Malmö FF. Four days later on 5 May, he made his league debut as a 27th-minute substitute against AIK. In 2015, during a U21 match against IFK Göteborg, Achinioti-Jönsson was hospitalized due to a high heart rate. Shortly after being released from hospital, he suffered a concussion which kept him sidelined for two months. After returning to training, he had another heart episode during a workout which sent him to the hospital once again. On this occasion, he was not cleared to return to training until the end of the season, when doctors finally determined that his heartrate issues were benign. Ulf Peter Jörgen Jönsson (born 29 September 1972) is a Swedish former professional ice hockey player who last played for Färjestads BK of the Sweden, Swedish Swedish Hockey League, Elitserien. He has represented the Team Sweden 285 times, making him the record holder for most games played in the national team. Jörgen Jönsson is also the older brother of former NHL-star Kenny Jönsson, and the two played 68 games in North America together as teammates. Kenny Per Anders Jönsson (born October 6, 1974) is a Swedish former professional ice hockey player. Playing career Jönsson was drafted by the Toronto Maple Leafs in the 1st round as the 12th overall selection in the 1993 NHL Entry Draft. After playing with the Toronto club during the 1994–95 lockout shortened season, he was traded midway through the 1995–96 season to the New York Islanders in a player exchange which brought highly popular former captain Wendel Clark back to Toronto. Jönsson then spent the remainder of his NHL career with the Islanders. Jan Jönsson (born 24 May 1960) is a Swedish football manager and former player. Career Playing career He spent most of his playing career with Halmstads BK. Coaching career Between 1993 and 1994 he was the Sanfrecce Hiroshima assistant coach with Stuart Baxter as manager. After retiring, he was appointed manager for Landskrona, which he took to Allsvenskan, the Swedish top flight. Jon Martin Olof Jönsson (born 8 July 1983) is a Swedish former footballer who played as a defender. Career Jönsson made his first team debut in IFK Hässleholm aged 15, and his talent was recognised by Tottenham Hotspur who brought him to London. In return IFK Hässleholm received roughly £70,000 and two players to play one season on loan, Alton Thelwell and Peter Crouch. Jönsson started his career as an offensive midfielder, but in the beginning of 2006 was retrained as a central defender. Ulf Tommy Jönsson (born 4 March 1976) is a Swedish former footballer who played as defender. He represented Malmö FF and Halmstads BK during a career that spanned between 1992 and 2010. Emil Jönsson Haag (born 15 August 1985) is a Swedish retired cross-country skier who competed between 2004 and 2018. Career At the 2010 Winter Olympics in Vancouver, he finished seventh in the individual sprint event. He has twelve World Cup victories, all in sprint events, since 2008. He won the FIS Cross-Country Sprint World Cup in 2009–10 and 2010–11. He won bronze in the sprint at the 2014 Winter Olympics in Sochi. Egon Jönsson (8 October 1921 – 19 March 2000) was a Swedish footballer who played as a midfielder for Malmö FF and the Sweden national team. Club career Nicknamed "Todde den Hemlige," Jönsson played 405 matches for Malmö FF, winning four Allsvenskan titles. He played in 200 Allsvenskan games for Malmö and scored 99 goals.
