Ján Vlasko (born 11 January 1990) is a Slovak professional Association football, footballer who plays as an Midfielder, attacking midfielder for MFK Skalica, Skalica. Club career Born in Bojnice, Vlasko began playing youth football for FC Baník Horná Nitra, Prievidza. He also played for the youth sides of AC Sparta Prague, Sparta Prague and MFK Dubnica, Dubnica. In 2007, Vlasko joined Czech Gambrinus liga side FC Slovan Liberec, Slovan Liberec. He made his professional debut for Slovan Liberec, entering as a second-half substitute against Sparta Prague, in May 2007. Bojnice (german: Weinitz; hu, Bajmóc) is a historical town in central Slovakia located on the Nitra river, near the city of Prievidza. The town is situated just below the Bojnice Castle. It has a population of around 5,000. MŠK Žilina () is a Slovak football club based in the town of Žilina, that is playing in the Slovak Superliga. The 2021–22 Slovak Cup was the 53rd edition of the competition. Slovan Bratislava were the defending champions, defeating Žilina in the 2021 final. Slovan Bratislava managed to advance to the final again, but were defeated by their rivals Spartak Trnava.
