Justice Riders
''Justice Riders'' is a 1997 Elseworlds prestige format one-shot, from DC Comics, written by Chuck Dixon, with art by J.H. Williams III. The story involves the Justice League of America recast in assorted roles in the Wild West. Wonder Woman is a Marshal, Booster Gold is a Maverick-style gambler, and Wally West is an outlaw, wrongly accused of the death of Barry Allen. Ted Kord is an inventor wearing a pair of antennae. Guy Gardner is a Pinkerton detective hunting Flash. Hawkman and Martian Manhunter also appear. There is also a cameo at the end by Clark Kent, as a dime novel writer. Maxwell Lord is the villain, prefiguring his eventual unmasking as a criminal mastermind out to destroy meta-humans in actual DC continuity years later. Martian Manhunter
The Martian Manhunter (J'onn J'onzz) is a superhero appearing in American comic books published by DC Comics. Created by writer Joseph Samachson and designed by artist Joe Certa, the character first appeared in the story "The Manhunter from Mars" in '' Detective Comics'' #225 (November 1955). Jonah Hex
Jonah Woodson Hex is a fictional antihero appearing in American comic books published by DC Comics. The character was created by writer John Albano and artist Tony DeZuniga. Hex is a surly and cynical bounty hunter whose face is scarred on the right side. Despite his poor reputation and personality, Hex is bound by a personal code of honor to protect and avenge the innocent. Crisis On Infinite Earths (Arrowverse)
"Crisis on Infinite Earths" is the sixth Arrowverse crossover event, featuring episodes of the television series ''Supergirl'', ''Batwoman'', ''The Flash'', ''Arrow'', and ''Legends of Tomorrow'' on The CW. The ''Supergirl'', ''Batwoman'', and ''The Flash'' episodes aired in December 2019 while the ''Arrow'' and ''Legends of Tomorrow'' episodes aired in January 2020. The events of the ''Black Lightning'' episode " The Book of Resistance: Chapter Four: Earth Crisis" (which aired between ''Batwoman'' and ''The Flash'') and a two-issue comic book with characters and concepts unused in the live-action episodes also tied into the event. The Arrowverse is an American superhero media franchise and a shared universe that is centered on various interconnected television series based on DC Comics superhero characters, primarily airing on The CW as well as web series on CW Seed. ''Flashpoint'' is a 2011 comic book crossover story arc published by DC Comics. Consisting of an eponymous core limited series and a number of tie-in titles, the storyline premiered in May 2011. The core miniseries was written by Geoff Johns and pencilled by Andy Kubert. In its end, the series radically changes the status quo for the DC Universe, leading into the publisher's 2011 relaunch, The New 52. Hawkwoman is the name of several superheroines all owned by DC Comics and existing in that company's DC Universe. Convergence (comics)
"Convergence" is a weekly comic book storyline published by DC Comics that ran from April 2015 to May 2015. The series consists of an eponymous #0 issue, an eight-issue core miniseries, and 40 two-issue tie-in miniseries. "Convergence" continues from the weekly series '' Earth 2: World's End'' and '' The New 52: Futures End''. In the story, Brainiac collects cities and inhabitants from various timelines that have ended and traps them in domes on a planet outside of time and space. He then exposes the domes to one another to see how the characters interact. This event marks the return of DC characters and timelines from before the 2011 " Flashpoint" storyline that led to the creation of The New 52 Universe.
