__NOTOC__ ''Ius'' or ''Jus'' (Latin, plural ''iura'') in ancient Rome was a right to which a citizen (''civis'') was entitled by virtue of his citizenship ('' civitas''). The ''iura'' were specified by laws, so ''ius'' sometimes meant law. As one went to the law courts to sue for one's rights, ''ius'' also meant justice and the place where justice was sought. On the whole, the Romans valued their rights as the greatest good of Roman citizenship (''civitas romana''), as opposed to citizenship in other city-states under the jurisdiction of Rome but without Roman rights. Jurisprudence Of Catholic Canon Law
The jurisprudence of Catholic canon law is the complex of legal theory, traditions, and interpretative principles of Catholic canon law. In the Latin Church, the jurisprudence of canon law was founded by Gratian in the 1140s with his '' Decretum''. In the Eastern Catholic canon law of the Eastern Catholic Churches, Photios holds a place similar to that of Gratian for the West. Much of the legislative style was adapted from that of Roman Law especially the Justinianic ''Corpus Juris Civilis''. As a result, Roman ecclesiastical courts tend to follow the Roman Law style of continental Europe with some variation. After the fall of the Roman Empire and up until the revival of Roman Law in the 11th century, canon law served as the most important unifying force among the local systems in the Civil Law tradition. Juš Kozak
Juš Kozak (26 June 1892 – 29 August 1964), also known under the pseudonym Jalanov, was a Slovenian writer, playwright, and editor. He is best known for his autobiographic novels, such as ''Celica'' (The Cell) on his experience as a political prisoner, and ''Lesena žlica'' (The Wooden Spoon) on life during World War II. He was born in a wealthy middle-class family in Ljubljana, Slovenia, then part of the Austro-Hungarian Empire. His younger brothers Ferdo and Vlado Kozak became political activists. He studied history and geography at the University of Vienna, but finished his studies only in 1921 at the University of Ljubljana. Jus Oborn
Justin Oborn is a British musician, singer, and songwriter. He is the lead vocalist, guitarist and lyricist of Electric Wizard, an English doom metal band from Dorset, which Oborn co-founded in 1993. Prior to forming Electric Wizard, he was a member of doom metal band Lord of Putrefaction, which changed its name to Thy Grief Eternal and then to Eternal. Career During 1988, Oborn formed Lord of Putrefaction. They recorded two demos, before changing their name to Thy Grief Eternal and recording the ''On Blackened Wings'' demo. The band then became known simply as Eternal and recorded the ''Lucifer's Children'' demo, before disbanding. In 1993, Oborn formed Electric Wizard. He has been the band's frontman since that time. The Jus Reservoir ( ms, Takungan Jus) is a reservoir in Jasin District, Melaka, Malaysia. History The construction of the dam and reservoir started in 2000 to address the water needs of Malacca. The reservoir and the dam started its operation in 2003. Geography The dam is capable of storing 43 billion litres of water over an area of 5.5 km2 in an overall area of 23 km2. The raw water supply for the reservoir is channeled from Durian Tunggal Reservoir, Kesang River and Batang Melaka River. The water from the reservoir goes to the water treatment facilities in Merlimau and Durian Tunggal. The jussive (abbreviated ) is a grammatical mood of verbs for issuing orders, commanding, or exhorting (within a subjunctive framework). English verbs are not marked for this mood. The mood is similar to the ''cohortative'' mood, which typically applies to the first person by appeal to the object's duties and obligations, and the '' imperative'', which applies to the second person (by command).
