Junagarh Railway Station
Junagarh Road railway station is a terminus station belonging to Indian Railways in Kalahandi district of Odisha State in India. History The proposal for a Lanjigarh– Junagarh line came in 1991, when Bhakta Charan Das was the state railway minister. The line was announced in the rail budget of 1992. After nearly twenty years, the line was completed in 2011, and Bhawanipatna railway station was opened by Das on 11 August 2012. On the same day, the first Bhawanipatna–Bhubaneshwar link express started from Bhawanipatna. Opened The Lanjigarh–Junagarh section was completed by 2 March 2014 and the Bhubaneswar–Bhawanipatna Express was extended to Junagarh. Junagarh railway station was inaugurated by Minister of State for Railways Adhir Ranjan Chowdhury in the presence of Bhakta Charan Das on 3 March 2014. Future plans There are plans by the Government of Odisha and Indian Railways to extend the existing Lanjigarh–Junagarh line to Jeypore on Kothavalasa–Kirandul line, and ...

Adhir Ranjan Chowdhury
Adhir Ranjan Chowdhury (born 2 April 1956) is an Indian politician serving as the leader of the Indian National Congress in the 17th Lok Sabha and the Member of Parliament from Berhampore. He is also the current president of West Bengal Pradesh Congress Committee following the demise of Somendra Nath Mitra. Personal life Chowdhury was born on 2 April 1956 to Niranjan and Saroja Bala Chowdhury at Berhampore in Murshidabad district, West Bengal. He studied at I.C. Institute in Berhampore. Bhadrachalam is a census town in Bhadradri Kothagudem district in the Indian state of Telangana. Malkangiri historically known as 'Malikamardhangiri' is a town and a Municipality in Malkangiri district in the Indian state of Odisha. It is the headquarters of the Malkangiri district. Jeypore
Jeypore is one of the largest towns and a place of historical significance in Koraput district in the Indian state of Odisha. It was established by Vir Vikram Dev in the mid 17th century. Bhakta Charan Das
Bhakta Charan Das (born 26 November 1958) is an Indian politician. He was a member of the Indian Parliament and represented the Kalahandi constituency in the 15th Lok Sabha. Das graduated from the Sambalpur University and, with a background in Law, worked as an advocate before joining politics.
