Julio César Moreno Yáñez (born 27 September 1969) is a Football Manager. Career As a young football player, Moreno was with Universidad Católica, until he was invited to play outside Chile by his friends. So, he played football in Indonesia for Arema Malang, where he coincided with his compatriots Nelson León Sánchez and Juan Rodríguez Rubio, Malaysia, Singapore and Australia. Once in Sydney, he studied football analytics at university level, where he met Bora Milutinović. He is the former assistant coach of Iraq national football team, previously he was the head coach of Hong Kong First Division League side Kitchee. He is former's assistant of Bora Milutinović. The Qatar national football team ( ar, منتخب قطر لكرة القدم) represents Qatar in international football, and is controlled by the Qatar Football Association and AFC. The Hong Kong First Division League () is the second-highest division in the Hong Kong football league system. Established in 1908, it is the third oldest in Asia. Velibor "Bora" Milutinović ( sr-Cyrl, Велибор Бора Милутиновић; born 7 September 1944) is a Serbian former professional footballer and manager. Juan Manuel Rodríguez Rubio (born 19 October 1968), also known as Juan Rubio, is a Chilean former professional footballer who played as a defensive midfielder for clubs in Chile and Indonesia. Nelson Hernán León Sánchez (born 3 October 1966), known as Nelson León Sánchez or Nelson Sanchez, is a Chilean former professional footballer who played as a forward for clubs in Paraguay, Chile, Greece and Indonesia. Playing career León Sánchez played in Paraguay for Guaraní, Libertad and Tembetary until the club was relegated to the second division. Then, he returned to his country of birth and played for Magallanes and Deportes La Serena.
