Judy Martin is a Jersey politician who was first elected as a Deputy for St Helier in the Jersey by-election of 2000. She became an Assistant Minister for Health and Social Services in November 2011. She was appointed Minister for Social Security in May 2018. St Clement (Jèrriais: ''Saint Cliément'') is one of the twelve parishes of Jersey in the Channel Islands. Its parish hall is around south-east of St Helier. The parish has a population of 9,221 and is the second most densely populated. Located on the south-east coast of the island, stretching from Le Dicq in the west to near La Rocque in the east, it is the smallest parish, with a surface area of just 2,440 vergées (4 km2). The States of Jersey Police (Jèrriais: ''La Police d's Êtats d'Jèrri''; french: Police des États de Jersey) or States Police are a paid police force in the Bailiwick of Jersey. Alongside the unpaid Honorary Police, the States Police make up the 13 official police forces in the island, though the States Police are the only force to be a paid and to operate island-wide.
