Dansili (27 January 1996 – 22 December 2021) was a British Thoroughbred racehorse. He won five races, including the Prix du Muguet. After retiring from racing he became a successful stallion, with his progeny including Prix de l'Arc de Triomphe winner Rail Link and King George VI and Queen Elizabeth Stakes winner Harbinger. He also became Champion sire in France in 2006. Background Dansili, a bay colt, was foaled on 27 January 1996. Bred by Juddmonte Farms, he is a son of Haydock Sprint Cup winner Danehill. Expert Eye (foaled 31 January 2015) is a British-bred Thoroughbred racehorse. He was one of the most promising two-year-olds of his generation in 2017 when he won the Vintage Stakes but disappointed on his final start in the Dewhurst Stakes. In 2018 he won the Jersey Stakes and City of York Stakes and was placed in the Greenham Stakes, Sussex Stakes and Prix du Moulin before recording his biggest win in the Breeders' Cup Mile. A stallion is a male horse that has not been gelded ( castrated). The 2000 Guineas Stakes is a Group 1 flat race in Great Britain open to three-year-old thoroughbred colts and fillies. It is run on the Rowley Mile at Newmarket over a distance of 1 mile (1,609 metres) and scheduled to take place each year at the start of May. Byword (horse)
Byword (foaled 13 February 2006) is a British-bred, French-trained Thoroughbred racehorse and sire. Unraced as a two-year-old, he showed promising form, winning two of his four races including the listed Prix Pelleas. In the following year he emerged as a world-class performer, winning the listed Prix Jacques Laffitte before defeating strong fields in both the Prix du Muguet and the Prince of Wales's Stakes. In the same year he also finished second in the Prix d'Ispahan and third in the International Stakes and was rated one of the twenty best racehorses in the world. Chester House (February 1, 1995 – June 28, 2003) was an American-bred Thoroughbred racehorse and sire. In his racing career, he ran in both Europe and North America, winning six races, most notably the Arlington Million as a five-year-old in 2000. Following his retirement, he showed promise as a stallion before dying at the age of eight. Champs Elysees (21 March 2003 – 19 December 2018) was a Thoroughbred racehorse who has competed successfully in Europe and North America. Racing career Raced at age three from a base in France, Champs-Elysees had his best results in Conditions races with a second in the Prix Daphnis and the Prix du Prince d'Orange.
