Juan José Gutiérrez Mayorga (born 1958) is a Guatemalan businessman who is the Chairman of CMI Foods, a part of Corporación Multi Inversiones, a corporation founded in Guatemala in 1920. CMI currently employs people in 14 countries in 3 continents. Dionisio Gutiérrez Mayorga (born 23 July 1959) is a Guatemalan businessman and media personality. He is currently the President of Fundación Libertad y Desarrollo. Early years and family Dionisio Gutierrez is the second son of Dionisio Gutierrez and Esperanza Mayorga. His grandfather, Juan Bautista Gutiérrez, was a Spaniard businessman and entrepreneur who established himself in Guatemala in the first years of the 20th century. Juan Bautista Gutiérrez Blanco (14 June 1896 – November 1978) was a Spanish-Guatemalan businessman. He founded the Guatemalan company Corporación Multi Inversiones, as well as its philanthropic organization, Juan Bautista Gutiérrez Foundation. Isabel Gutiérrez de Bosch (23 July 1931 – 6 September 2020) was a Guatemalan businesswoman and philanthropist who was awarded the Order of the Quetzal in 2005. Hurricane Fifi–Orlene
Hurricane Fifi, later known as Hurricane Orlene, was a catastrophic tropical cyclone that killed over 8,000 people in Honduras in September 1974, ranking it as the third deadliest Atlantic hurricane on record, only behind Hurricane Mitch in 1998, and the 1780 hurricane. Fifi is also the first billion-dollar hurricane not to make landfall in the U.S. Originating from a strong tropical wave on September 14, the system steadily tracked west-northwestward through the eastern Caribbean. On September 16, the depression intensified into Tropical Storm Fifi just off the coast of Jamaica.
