Jujutsu ( ; ja, link=no, 柔術 , ), also known as jiu-jitsu and ju-jitsu, is a family of Japanese martial arts and a system of close combat (unarmed or with a minor weapon) that can be used in a defensive or offensive manner to kill or subdue one or more weaponless or armed and armored opponents. Margarita "Meggie" P. Ochoa (born May 6, 1990) is a Filipino jujutsu practitioner. She competes both in Brazilian jiu-jitsu and the standard form of the discipline. Education Ochoa was born on May 6, 1990 to Jobert and Lee P. Ochoa She studied at Saint Pedro Poveda College for her basic education, graduating from the school in 2008. Jessamine Jada Khan (born 8 October 2001), often shortened as Jessa Khan ( km, ខាន់ ចេសា, Khăn Chésa ), is an American-born Cambodian jiu-jitsu athlete. She is the 2023 IBJJF World Champion. Tian En Constance Lien (born 24 June 1999) is a Singaporean female ju-jitsu practitioner who also formerly trained the sport of swimming. Her sister Charity Lien is a swimmer who has represented Singapore in swimming meets and her mother Yuen Shuang Ching was also a national swimmer.
