Jovan Nikolić (Cyrillic: Joвaн Николић, born 21 July 1991) is a Montenegrin professional footballer who plays as a defensive midfielder for Montenegrin First League club Sutjeska. Club career Budućnost Podgorica He was part of the FK Budućnost Podgorica youth system and he made a debut for their senior squad in the 2008–09 Montenegrin First League. He played with them during the following two seasons, with the exception of the six-month loan to another Montenegrin top league club FK Sutjeska Nikšić during the 2010–11 season. While with Budućnost, he played in both 2009–10 and 2010–11 UEFA Europa League qualification matches. Hajduk Kula In summer 2011 he moved to Serbia and signed with FK Hajduk Kula. Nikšić ( cnr, Никшић, italic=no, sr-cyrl, Никшић, italic=no; ), is the second largest city in Montenegro, with a total population of 56,970 located in the west of the country, in the centre of the spacious Nikšić field at the foot of Trebjesa Hill. The 2008–09 Montenegrin First League was the third season of the top-tier football in Montenegro. The season began on 9 August 2008 and ended on 30 May 2009. The defending champions are Budućnost Podgorica. Teams Mladost Podgorica were directly relegated to the Montenegrin Second League after finishing 12th in last year's standings. Their place was taken by Second League champions Jezero Plav. 10th placed Bokelj Kotor and 11th placed Sutjeska Nikšić had to compete in two-legged relegation play-offs. The 2011–12 Serbian SuperLiga (known as the Jelen SuperLiga for sponsorship reasons) is the sixth season of the Serbian SuperLiga since its establishment. The defending champions are Partizan, after having won their fourth Serbian Superliga title in a row at the conclusion of the previous season. Partizan successfully defended their title after a 4–0 victory at Borac Čačak with three games left to play. It was their fifth consecutive Serbian title and their 24th domestic championship. Teams Inđija and Čukarički were relegated to the 2011–12 Serbian First League after the 2010–11 season for finishing in 15th and 16th place, respectively.
