Jordon Ibe
Jordon Ashley Femi Ibe ( ; born 8 December 1995) is an English professional footballer who plays as a winger. After coming up through the youth system of Wycombe Wanderers, for whom he made his debut in the Football League as a 15-year-old, Ibe joined Liverpool in 2012. He spent time on loan at Championship clubs Birmingham City in the 2013–14 season and Derby County in 2014–15. In 2016, he signed for Premier League club AFC Bournemouth for a then club record £15 million fee, and was released in 2020. Jordon James Edward Sydney Mutch (born 2 December 1991) is an English professional footballer who most recently played as a central midfielder for Australian A-League club Macarthur FC. Mutch joined Birmingham City in 2007 from Derby County's youth system. He made his competitive debut for the club in the League Cup in August 2008, and his first appearance in the Football League while on loan to Hereford United the following year. He also spent loan spells in the Championship with Doncaster Rovers and Watford, and became a first-team regular for Birmingham, before leaving for Cardiff City in 2012. Ray Jordon
Raymond Clarence "Slug" Jordon (17 February 1937 – 13 August 2012) was an Australian first-class cricketer who represented Victoria in the Sheffield Shield and toured with the Australian national cricket team. He was also a successful Australian rules football coach and acted as both reserves and under-19s coach at various clubs in the Victorian Football League (VFL). Universally known as "Slug", his nickname arose as a result of an incident during his National Service at Puckapunyal. Jordon Forster
Jordon John Forster (born 23 September 1993) is a Scottish professional footballer who plays as a defender. Forster has previously played for Hibernian, Berwick Rangers, East Fife, Plymouth Argyle, Cheltenham Town, Dundee and Kelty Hearts. Career Forster was in the Celtic youth system, but moved to Hibernian in 2010 after he was advised by Celtic that he would be unlikely to earn a professional contract with them. Hibs loaned Forster to Berwick Rangers during the second half of the 2011–12 season. Jordon Brown (born 28 November 1992) is a Scottish professional footballer who plays as a midfielder for Peterhead. Career Brown came through the youth system at Aberdeen and played for the club at under-17 and under-19 levels. He signed a professional full-time contract in June 2009. Darren Jordon (born 23 November 1960 in London, England) is a British journalist working for the Al-Jazeera 24-hour English-language news and current affairs channel, Al Jazeera English. He is also a former officer of the Jamaica Defence Force. Early life Born in London to Jamaican parents, Jordon was brought up in the West Indies. Mark Jordon (born 25 January 1965) is an English actor, best known for playing PC Phil Bellamy in the British television series '' Heartbeat'', which he left in 2007. A documentary, ''Heartbeat - Farewell Phil'' was broadcast later on Christmas Day where he was husband to barmaid Gina (Tricia Penrose). Professional career A 6'10" center from Whitworth University, Jordon played seven seasons (1956–1963) in the National Basketball Association as a member of the New York Knicks, Detroit Pistons, Cincinnati Royals, and St. Louis Hawks. He averaged 10.9 points per game and 6.9 rebounds per game in his career. Jordon Southorn (born May 15, 1990) is a Canadian professional ice hockey defenceman. He is currently playing for Augsburger Panther of the Deutsche Eishockey Liga. He was selected by the Buffalo Sabres in the fourth round (104th overall) of the 2008 NHL Entry Draft. Jordon Zadorozny (born c.1974 Pembroke, Ontario) is a Canadian rock musician and producer. He is the singer and songwriter for indie rock band Blinker the Star. He is best known for cowriting songs with Courtney Love in the late 1990s. Zadorozny has also appeared on recordings by Melissa Auf der Maur, Sam Roberts, Tara Slone and Mandy Moore. Jordon, Illinois
Jordon, Illinois, was a small town in mid-southern Illinois, located in Clay County, established approximately in 1860. It offered two blacksmiths, one general store, one church, and various small "shops". Land was donated by William Jordon, and several businesses were established thereon. In 1920 the first concrete road (called "Route 45") was started from the south tip of Illinois continuing north to the Wisconsin border. This new road would be .49 miles west of where Jordon sat, so the business people in Jordon voted to dissolve their town and offer to help businesses relocate to the new highway area. Over a span of six months beginning in 1921, several business physically had their businesses jacked up and moved on wagons and moved adjacent to the new highway area.
