Jordan Lewis Smith (born 9 November 1992) is an English professional golfer. Professional career Smith turned professional in 2014. He played mainly on the PGA EuroPro Tour in 2015 winning twice. He also won the tour's Order of Merit which gained him a Challenge Tour card for 2016. He won two Challenge Tour events in 2016, the Red Sea Egyptian Challenge and the Ras Al Khaimah Golf Challenge. He finished leader of the Challenge Tour Order of Merit to earn a place on the European Tour for 2017. Smith started the 2022 European Tour season with runner-up finishes at the Ras Al Khaimah Championship and the MyGolfLife Open in South Africa; where he was defeated in a playoff by Pablo Larrazábal on the second extra hole. In October, Smith claimed his second victory on the European Tour at the Portugal Masters, shooting 30-under-par for four rounds (including two rounds of 62) on way to winning by three shots ahead of Gavin Green. Bath () is a city in the Bath and North East Somerset unitary area in the county of Somerset, England, known for and named after its Roman-built baths. At the 2021 Census, the population was 101,557. Bath is in the valley of the River Avon, west of London and southeast of Bristol. Brabazon Trophy
The English Men's Open Amateur Stroke Play Championship for the Brabazon Trophy is the national amateur stroke play golf championship in England (although entry is open to overseas golfers). It has been played annually since 1947 and is organised by the England Golf. The format is 72 hole stroke play contested over four days. After 36 holes the leading 60 competitors and ties play a further 36 holes over the final two days. History In March 1938, John Moore-Brabazon was elected president of the English Golf Union. Early in 1939 a new EGU competition was announced, with a trophy presented by Moore-Brabazon. The event was to be a 72-hole strokeplay tournament to be played at Royal Liverpool from 4 to 6 October. The idea was revived after the war and was first played in 1947 at Royal Birkdale Golf Club, called the English Golf Union president's trophy. Aaron Rai (born 3 March 1995) is an English professional golfer who plays on the PGA Tour and the European Tour. He has won twice on the European Tour; the 2018 Honma Hong Kong Open and the 2020 Aberdeen Standard Investments Scottish Open. He is one of the few professional golfers to wear two gloves. Daniel Thomas Gavins (born 20 March 1991) is an English professional golfer who currently plays on the European Tour. He won his first European Tour event at the 2021 ISPS Handa World Invitational. José-Filipe Lima (born Philippe Lima; November 26, 1981) is a Portuguese professional golfer. He won the 2004 Aa St Omer Open to gain a place on the European Tour.
