Jordan Pinder
Jordan Pinder (born April 24, 1984) is a Canadian curler originally from New Brunswick. He now lives in Blockhouse, Nova Scotia. Career Pinder's father encouraged him to start curling. He has been curling since the age of 14, starting in his hometown of Miramichi. Pinder has been part of Jamie Murphy's team since 2009. Murphy's team had a notable 2010 season, losing in the semifinal of the Nova Scotia Men's Provincial Championship that year. In 2012 the team captured the provincial championship, defeating former Brier champion Mark Dacey Mark Dacey (born June 22, 1966) is a Canadian curler originally from Saskatchewan. He was based at the Mayflower Curling Club in Halifax, Nova Scotia. Dacey is a former Canadian men's curling champion skip, having won the 2004 Nokia Brier. H .... Terry Odishaw
Terrance "Terry" Odishaw (born June 17, 1966) is a Canadian curler from Moncton, New Brunswick. He is a four-time provincial men's champion and former Canadian mixed champion. Career Odishaw has won the New Brunswick men's curling championship on four occasions. His first title came in 1991, playing third for Gary Mitchell. At the 1991 Labatt Brier, the rink went 4-7, out of the playoffs. Odishaw won his second provincial title in 1998, this time as a skip. At the 1998 Labatt Brier, his rink went 4-7 once again, missing playoffs. In 2007, Odishaw skipped New Brunswick to a Canadian Mixed Curling Championship, when he defeated Quebec's Ève Bélisle in the final, 6-4. Except for being an alternate in 2000 and in 2002, Odishaw would not return to the Brier until 2012, when he won that year's New Brunswick Tankard. 2017 Tim Hortons Brier
The 2017 Tim Hortons Brier, Canada's national men's curling championship, was held from March 4–12, 2017 at the Mile One Centre in St. John's, Newfoundland and Labrador. This marked the second time the Brier was hosted by St. John's, the first being the 1972 Macdonald Brier. Newfoundland and Labrador won the Brier 7–6 in the final against Team Canada, giving skip Brad Gushue his first Brier title. With the win, the Gushue rink earned the right to represent Canada at the 2017 Ford World Men's Curling Championship held from April 1–9, 2017 at Northlands Coliseum in Edmonton, Alberta. They also represented Team Canada at the 2018 Tim Hortons Brier in Regina, Saskatchewan and earned $225,000 for the victory. The bronze medal was won by Manitoba. The 2016 Tim Hortons Brier, Canada's national men's curling championship, was held from March 5–13, 2016 at TD Place Arena in Ottawa, Ontario. It is the fourth time the Brier has been held in Ottawa, and the fifth time the Brier has been held in the Ottawa-Gatineau region. It is the first time the Brier has been held in Ottawa since the 2001 Nokia Brier. Philip "Phil" Crowell (born March 26, 1978 in Truro, Nova Scotia) is a Canadian curler from Dartmouth, Nova Scotia. He currently plays lead for Team Paul Flemming. Career Crowell won his first Deloitte Tankard in 2010 with Ian Fitzner-LeBlanc. They went 3–8 at the 2010 Tim Hortons Brier. He won the provincial championship again in 2016 with Jamie Murphy.
