Jona is a former municipality and since January 2007 part of the municipality of Rapperswil-Jona in the ''Wahlkreis'' ( constituency) of See-Gaster in the canton of St. Gallen in Switzerland. Before the merger with Rapperswil, the former municipality of Jona comprised the villages of Jona, Bollingen, Busskirch, Curtiberg, Kempraten-Lenggis, Wagen and Wurmsbach (Wurmsbach Abbey). The Jona is a river in the Swiss cantons of Zürich and St. Gallen. Geography The Jona rises on the eastern slope of Bachtel hill near Gibswil and Fischenthal in the Zürcher Oberland. Passing an impressive waterfall, the river flows near the municipality of Wald through a little valley eastward and changes its direction to the south by a ravine, which a viaduct of the '' Tösstalbahn'' ( S26) is crossing. The Jona turns to the west, dividing the municipalities Dürnten and Rüti, passing the village of Tann and Rüti in the so-called ''Tannertobel''. ''Jona'' is the third studio album by singer Jonalyn Viray. It is her first album released under Star Music Philippines. The twelve-track album features collaborations with Regine Velasquez on the song "Matibay" and with the newly formed BoyBand PH for "Till the End of Time". Jona also recorded Basil Valdez's "You" and Jericho Rosales' "Pusong Ligaw" for the album. Also included is the hit song "Maghihintay Ako."
