Jon Bass
Jonathan David Bass (born 1 July 1976) is an English former professional footballer. He started his career with Birmingham City as a trainee in 1994. He played in the Blues' League Cup semi-final against Leeds United in 1996. Bass was Birmingham's first-choice right-back for the 1997-98 season, but lost his place to Jerry Gill towards the end of the season. The subsequent signing of Gary Rowett from Derby County in August 1998, pushed Bass further down the pecking order. During the next three years Bass only made sporadic appearance for Birmingham, and had a loan spell at Gillingham in 2000. He was released from his contract at the end of the 2000-01 season, having made 68 league appearances for Birmingham. Weston-super-Mare
Weston-super-Mare, also known simply as Weston, is a seaside town in North Somerset, England. It lies by the Bristol Channel south-west of Bristol between Worlebury Hill and Bleadon Hill. It includes the suburbs of Mead Vale, Milton, Oldmixon, West Wick, Worlebury, Uphill and Worle. Its population at the 2011 census was 76,143. Since 1983, Weston has been twinned with Hildesheim in Germany. The local area has been occupied since the Iron Age. It was still a small village until the 19th century when it developed as a seaside resort. A railway station and two piers were built. In the second half of the 20th century it was connected to the M5 motorway but the number of people holidaying in the town declined and some local industries closed, although the number of day visitors has risen. Hartlepool United
Hartlepool United Football Club is a professional association football club based in Hartlepool, County Durham, England. The team competes in League Two, the fourth tier of the English football league system. They were founded in 1908 as Hartlepools United Football Athletic Company. West Hartlepool won the FA Amateur Cup in 1905 and after the club was dissolved in 1910 its assets and liabilities were subsequently taken over by Hartlepools United, who were then playing in the North Eastern League.
