The Joint University Programmes Admissions System ( zh, t=大學聯合招生辦法), commonly known as JUPAS ( zh, t=聯招, labels=no), is a centralised admissions system for full-time undergraduate programmes in Hong Kong. As of the 2017 admission cycle, JUPAS covers all government-funded degrees and sub-degree programmes offered by institutions under the University Grants Committee (UGC), as well as most other full-time degree programmes provided by higher education institutions in Hong Kong. {{Short description, Academic structure for senior secondary education and higher education in Hong Kong The 3-3-4 Scheme is the academic structure for senior secondary education and higher education in Hong Kong, referring to the structure of three years of junior secondary school, three years of senior secondary school, and four years of university education. The programme replaced the British 3-2-2-3 system (three years of junior secondary school, two years of senior secondary school, two years of matriculation course and three years of university education). This scheme began in the 2009 school year. By 2012, HKDSE had replaced HKCEE (O Level) and HKALE (A Level). The Hong Kong Institute of Vocational Education (IVE) is one of the member institutions of the Vocational Training Council (VTC) offering vocational education to post-secondary students in Hong Kong through its nine campi located across the territory. Saint Francis University (SFU, formerly Caritas Institute of Higher Education from 2011 to January 2024) is a private university in Tseung Kwan O, New Territories, Hong Kong. The institute was established by Caritas Hong Kong in 1985, and is able to award bachelor's degree or below. It was initially named after Francis Hsu, the Bishop of Hong Kong between 1969 and 1973.
