Johnny Doeseb (born 1975 in Omaruru) is a Namibian businessperson and former owner of Eleven Arrows F.C. in Walvis Bay. He owns a construction business. In 2008, although he was a fan of Black Africa football club, he bought Eleven Arrows F.C of the Namibia Premier League and built a player's village in the Kuisbemond Kuisebmond is a township of Walvis Bay, Namibia, named after the Kuiseb River. Omaruru, Namibia
Omaruru is a city in the Erongo Region of central Namibia. The town has 14,000 inhabitants and owns of land. It is situated near Mount Erongo, on the usually dry Omaruru River. It is located on the main paved road from Swakopmund to Otjiwarongo. The name in the Otjiherero language means 'bitter milk', as Herero cattle herds used to graze on a local bush that turned their milk bitter. Omaruru is known for its annual festival where the Herero people commemorate their past local chiefs, its winery, and for the dinosaur footprints at nearby Otjihaenamparero. History Omaruru was established in 1863 by Wilhelm Zeraua, the first chief of the ''White Flag'' clan of the OvaHerero people. Walvis Bay
Walvis Bay ( en, lit. Whale Bay; af, Walvisbaai; ger, Walfischbucht or Walfischbai) is a city in Namibia and the name of the bay on which it lies. It is the second largest city in Namibia and the largest coastal city in the country. The city covers a total area of of land. The bay is a safe haven for sea vessels because of its natural deepwater harbour, protected by the Pelican Point sand spit, being the only natural harbour of any size along the country's coast. Being rich in plankton and marine life, these waters also drew large numbers of southern right whales, attracting whalers and fishing vessels. A succession of colonists developed the location and resources of this strategic harbour settlement. The harbour's value in relation to the sea route around the Cape of Good Hope had caught the attention of world powers since it was discovered by the outside world in 1485. The Namibia Premier League (NPL), also known as Debmarine Namibia Premiership is the highest level of domestic association football in Namibia. The league was established in 1990 and was trimmed to 12 teams from the traditional 16 in 2005.
