John Frank Clark
John F. Clark is a professor of Politics and International Relations at Florida International University, Miami and former Fulbright scholar. He specializes in state-society relations of African polities and the international relations of sub-Saharan Africa. Makerere University
Makerere University, Kampala (; Mak) is Uganda's largest and oldest institution of higher learning, first established as a technical school in 1922. It became an independent national university in 1970.
