John Caulfield (Australian Footballer)
John J. Caulfield (25 January 1944 – 20 October 2006) was an Australian rules footballer who played with Richmond in the Victorian Football League (VFL) and Port Melbourne in the Victorian Football Association. A centre half back, Caulfield played nine senior VFL games late in the 1963 season. He joined Port Melbourne in 1965 and would be the VFA club's captain until 1971. He made 118 appearances in total and won Port Melbourne's 'Best and Fairest' in his first season. At the 1966 Hobart Carnival, Caulfield represented the VFA. It consists of a framed collection of 713 photographs of the early settlers of Victoria. History The project took Chuck three years to complete. John Caulfield (Irish Footballer)
John Caulfield (born 11 October 1964) is a retired League of Ireland footballer, he has been the manager of Galway United F.C. since August 2020. Caulfield spent the majority of his playing career at Cork City F.C. and was a prominent member of the team that won the 1992–93 League of Ireland Premier Division. He was also the League of Ireland Premier Division Top Scorer in both 1991–92 and 1994–95. As a manager Caulfield has won the 2016 FAI Cup, 2017 FAI Cup and 2017 League of Ireland Premier Division with Cork City F.C. Caulfield has also played Gaelic football and represented both Roscommon and Cork at inter-county level, winning an All-Ireland title with the latter. Jack Caulfield
John J. Caulfield (March 12, 1929 – June 17, 2012) was an American security operative and law enforcement officer. He was a member of the Richard Nixon administration around the time of the Watergate Scandal, though he avoided prosecution. Biography Caulfield was born in The Bronx, New York City. He attended Wake Forest University on a basketball scholarship as well as Fordham University and the John Jay College of Criminal Justice. He served in the United States Army during the Korean War. From 1953 to 1968, he was an officer with the New York City Police Department (NYPD). In 1968, Caulfield left the NYPD and joined the Nixon administration as a security operative. He was involved in Operation Sandwedge with H. R. Haldeman and John Ehrlichman, where he was tasked with setting up a clandestine intelligence-gathering operation against the political enemies of the Nixon administration. Colonel John Caulfeild (1661–1707), styled The Honourable from birth, was an Irish soldier and politician. He was the fourth son of the 1st Viscount Charlemont and his wife Hon. Sarah Moore, second daughter of Charles Moore, 2nd Viscount Moore of Drogheda. Caulfield was educated at Trinity College, Dublin and was appointed Burgess of Charlemont in 1697.
