Joel Stubbs (born 30 December 1967 in Nassau, Bahamas) is a former IFBB professional bodybuilder. Biography Stubbs first started studying bodybuilding on his own at age 23 in 1996. Bodybuilding is the use of progressive resistance exercise to control and develop one's muscles (muscle building) by muscle hypertrophy for aesthetic purposes. The National Physique Committee (NPC) is the largest amateur bodybuilding organization in the United States.
