Joe Pennachetti
Joseph Peter James Pennachetti is Canadian public servant who served as the city manager for the City of Toronto from 2008 to 2015. He is presently the chair of the Ontario Clean Water Agency (OCWA) board of directors. Pennachetti is a senior fellow at the Munk School of Global Affairs and Public Policy's Institute on Municipal Finance and Governance (IMFG) at the University of Toronto. Career Early career Pennachetti holds a master of business administration from the University of Windsor and is a certified general accountant. Robert Bruce Ford (May 28, 1969 – March 22, 2016) was a Canadian politician and businessman who served as the 64th mayor of Toronto from 2010 to 2014. Melvin Douglas Lastman (March 9, 1933 – December 11, 2021) was a Canadian businessman and politician who served as the third mayor of North York from 1973 to 1997 and 62nd mayor of Toronto from 1998 to 2003.
