Joseph James Broadfoot (born 4 March 1940) is an English former professional footballer. During his career he made over 250 appearances for Millwall and over 100 for Ipswich Town Ipswich Town Football Club is a professional association football club based in Ipswich, Suffolk, England. Lewisham () is an area of southeast London, England, south of Charing Cross. It is the principal area of the London Borough of Lewisham, and was within the Historic counties of England, historic county of Kent until 1889. A midfielder is an outfield position in association football. Midfielders may play an exclusively defensive role, breaking up attacks, and are in that case known as defensive midfielders.
