Samuli Casimir Edelmann (born 21 July 1968) is a Finnish actor and singer. Family and career Edelmann was born in Pori, Finland, the son of actress Marja-Leena Kouki and composer Toni Edelmann. Edelmann has two children with his wife, Laura Tuomarila. In the spring of 2006 Samuli Edelmann and his family moved to Malta, and in the late of 2015 Edelmann and his family moved back to Finland. Actor Edelmann graduated from the Theatre Academy of Finland in 1991. Before he graduated, he had already acted in the three movies: ''Talvisota'' and two ''Vääpeli Körmy'' movies. Missä Miehet Ratsastaa
Finland participated at the Eurovision Song Contest 2008 with the song "Missä miehet ratsastaa" written by Jarkko Ahola. The song was performed by the band Teräsbetoni. The Finnish broadcaster Yleisradio (Yle) organised the national final ''Euroviisut 2008'' in order to select the Finnish entry for the 2008 contest in Belgrade, Serbia. 12 entries were selected to compete in the national final, which consisted of three semi-finals, a Second Chance round and a final, taking place in February and March 2008. Eight entries ultimately competed in the final on 1 March where votes from the public selected "Missä miehet ratsastaa" performed by Teräsbetoni as the winner. Finland was drawn to compete in the first semi-final of the Eurovision Song Contest which took place on 20 May 2008. Eurovision Song Contest 2008
The Eurovision Song Contest 2008 was the 53rd edition of the Eurovision Song Contest. It took place in Belgrade, Serbia, following the country's victory at the with the song "Molitva" by Marija Šerifović. Organised by the European Broadcasting Union (EBU) and host broadcaster Radio Television of Serbia (RTS), the contest was held at the Belgrade Arena, and (for the first time) consisted of two semi-finals on 20 and 22 May, and a final on 24 May 2008. In economics, an externality or external cost is an indirect cost or benefit to an uninvolved third party that arises as an effect of another party's (or parties') activity. Externalities can be considered as unpriced goods involved in either consumer or producer market transactions. Air pollution from motor vehicles is one example. Teräsbetoni is a Finnish Heavy metal music, heavy/power metal band. Their first album, ''Metallitotuus'', was released in 2005 and has so far sold more than 32,000 copies. Teräsbetoni has been strongly influenced by bands such as Manowar. The direct translation of the band's name is "steel concrete", Finnish for "reinforced concrete". The music of Teräsbetoni has a martial air to it, with lyrics glorifying a Paganism, pagan warrior lifestyle and a "brotherhood of metal". The style has received mixed reception. Band members themselves have said that they are not dead serious about the band's mentality and are having fun with it.
