Jinshan Railway () or Jinshan Line is a commuter railway line in Shanghai, part of the planned Shanghai Metropolitan Area Intercity Railway. Line 1 is a north-south line of the Shanghai Metro. It runs from in the north, via to in the south. The first line to open in the Shanghai Metro system, line 1 serves many important points in Shanghai, including and Xujiahui. Jinshanwei Railway Station
Jinshanwei () is a railway station on the Jinshan railway of the Shanghai Suburban Railway located in Jinshan District, Shanghai. It opened for intercity passenger service on September 28, 2012. Jinshanwei currently has four platforms. The station serves both express and local service trains. In April 2013, a Park and ride scheme was introduced, encouraging commuters to park their cars at the station and continue their travels by train to downtown Shanghai. Pinghu is a county-level city in the east of Jiaxing's administrative area, in the northeast of Zhejiang Province, bordering Shanghai to the northeast. Airport Link Line (Shanghai)
Airport link line is a commuter rail line currently under construction on the Shanghai Suburban Railway, and will be run by China Railway. It runs from Hongqiao railway station in Minhang District to Shanghai East railway station in Pudong. The 68.6-kilometer express line is expected to shorten the travel time between the airports of Hongqiao and Pudong from 90 minutes (by Metro Line 2) to under 40 minutes. Construction started in June 2019. The line is expected to open at the end of 2024. The line leads from the Hongqiao hub (not included), heads south along the east side of the Shanghai-Hangzhou Passenger Dedicated Line, crosses the Shanghai-Hangzhou Railway Passage and then turns to the east and travels along Chunshentang, 1.6 kilometers south of S20, after crossing the Huangpu River.
