James Robert Oliver (born 3 December 1941) is a Scottish former professional footballer who played as a forward. The Football League Fourth Division was the fourth-highest division in the English football league system from the 1958–59 season until the creation of the Premier League prior to the 1992–93 season. Whilst the division disappeared in name in 1992, the 4th tier of English football continued as the Football League Third Division, and later became known as Football League Two. Colchester United Football Club is a professional association football club based in the city of Colchester, Essex, England.
